I don't knead the dough by hand. I use the bread machine.

Hmmm... I've been debating about joining the "cult" as well :o) Looks absolutely delicious...I might need the recipe someday!!!
wowsers! How neat! bread making is really 'picking up' these days...with the price of bread being so high. I'm not there yet-we don't eat that much bread.
